What most excites you about your work?

I truly appreciate the team spirit of what I do. When I was younger, I played team sports; this is the adult equivalent of a team sport that won’t throw my back out! I enjoy getting to know all the players, including our clients, and understanding how I can support everyone, looking for us all to win.

What are some of your life's biggest influences?

My family. We laugh a lot together, which is key. However, the unconditional support and love of my parents and older brother are the cornerstones of my ability to walk tall through life’s journey.
