TFO Family Office Partners may share client non-public personal information with our affiliated entities, which currently include Husch Blackwell, LLP, TFO Wealth Partners, LLC, TFO Trust Company, LLC, and TFO Elevate Partners, LLC, in connection with providing services to clients.

Former Clients

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to our privacy policies, which may be amended from time to time, with respect to your nonpublic personal information, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

SMS Use

TFO Family Office Partners does not share with third party’s opt-in consent data and mobile numbers obtained through SMS communications. TFO Family Office Partners does not sell to third parties any personal information for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

TFO Family Office Partners will update its policy and procedures when necessary to ensure that your privacy is maintained and that TFO Family Office Partners conducts business in a way that fulfills our commitment to you.
