Jacquie Weflen Named a Top 2022 Young Professional by The Family Wealth Alliance!

I am excited to announce that a member of our team, Jacquie Weflen, has been named a 2022 Top Young Professional by the Family Wealth Alliance! This great distinction by the Family Wealth Alliance is awarded to those professionals under age 40 who are helping to shape the family wealth industry and who have demonstrated a strong record of innovation and outstanding performance, which Jacquie exemplifies each and every day.

TFO Phoenix pays a membership fee to The Family Wealth Alliance. Neither TFO nor the nominee paid a fee for inclusion to the 2022 Family Wealth Alliance Top Young Professionals Award given October 18, 2022. In order to be nominated a candidate must be an established professional leader with a strong record of innovation, outstanding performance, under the age of 40 as of 01/01/22, employed at an established family wealth practice, and the nomination must have been submitted by 5 p.m. ET on 05/06/22. Nominees were judged on three criteria, equally weighted and averaged together to calculate their overall score. Weighting was executed by a computerized scoring system. Judges provided their unbiased assessment on each candidate, and looked for the following elements for review: thoughtfulness of the application, insights into the industry, introspective reflections and considerations, demonstrated impact, Does the candidate seem to focus on putting clients’ interests above their own?, Does the candidate appear to have high standards and values?, and Does leadership see true potential in the candidate?
