TFO Family Office Partners, a wealth management firm located in Phoenix, Arizona, is expanding our team. Since our formation in 2011, we have seen growth in the number of client families we serve and the number of talented employees we need to serve them effectively. We are currently seeking a Family Wealth Strategist to help us deliver on our goal of helping families by Connecting Wealth and Purpose®.
Responsibilities
The Family Wealth Strategist leads our engagement teams to support a strong client experience.
- Primary architect of wealth management services for our clients, including lead role in client meetings
- Client’s primary source of wealth planning advice and primary contact for client questions and issues
- Developing and reviewing financial plans and related financial reports for clients; leading in the delivery of those plans and identifying key action steps
- Implementing investment portfolios based on the firm’s investment philosophy and the client’s specific goals & objectives
- Developing relationships with clients to understand their financial and personal goals
- Training Family Wealth Advisors
- Coordinating with client’s other advisors to develop integrated solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required. A focus on business or finance preferred
- 8+ years’ financial advisory or wealth management experience
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) highly desired
- Knowledge of eMoney or other financial planning software
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tamarac, our Portfolio Accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task in leading client teams and working with other advisors across various wealth management disciplines
- Outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Confidence to work closely with clients to answer questions and develop strong relationships
