Client Service Associate

TFO Family Office Partners, a full-service family office located in Phoenix, Arizona, is looking to expand our team. Since our formation in 2011, we have seen growth in both the number of client families we serve and the number of talented employees we need to serve them effectively. We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to help us deliver on our goal of helping families by Connecting Wealth and Purpose®.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the client’s goals and objectives as communicated by the client service teams
  • Coordinating client requests, including wires, deposits, and other cash movements
  • Coordinating the opening of new accounts, collecting client data and documentation
  • Processing other account service requests initiated by client service teams and/or clients
  • Assisting the client service teams in gathering information, analyzing data, creating summaries and other tasks related to preparing deliverables for client meetings
  • Analyzing fee reviews, summary reports, and loan tracking to support client service teams
  • Supporting client service teams by collecting data, running reports, and uploading files to the client’s document vault
  • Proactively finding ways to further help our advisors serve clients efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize supporting different advisors across financial planning, investment management, estate planning, tax and family office services
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of financial statements such as balance sheets and cash flow reports, as well as basic knowledge of tax and investment concepts like cost basis and how it is applied to transfers, gift giving and tax management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel in a financial context
  • Confidence to work closely with clients to answer questions and collect necessary information for delivery of various services
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong self-review skills
  • Not easily flustered – can adeptly handle last minute requests, multiple requests at the same time, etc.
